Food and Drinks
All food and drinks included with your admission ticket will be listed on your event page in the event description or in your ticket type details.
Open bar packages available for your specific event are indicated in the ticket type details on your event page. Open bar packages will indicate if they include all beers, wines, or spirits from the fully stocked bar on board the yacht.
Buffet menus specific to your event are indicated in the event description or event details on your event page.

All guests must bring a print out of their e-ticket from their email confirmation with name, event name, and barcode attached for admission. If you are over the age of 21 and plan to consume alcohol, please bring a government issued ID to verify your age in addition to your print out.

Parking and transportation
Street parking is available near all piers, but spots will likely get snatched up very early on in the day. Parking garages near all piers are subject to their own prices and availability. We highly recommend taking a cab or public transportation to your cruise. Check cab rates for your trip or plan your public transportation route with HopStop.com. Will Call / Box Office
Only e-tickets are available for weekly cruise events. All guests must bring a print out of their e-ticket from their email confirmation with name, event name, and barcode attached for admission. Not all ticket types include reserved table seating. Please reference the ticket type details of each ticket type and take note if your ticket type is standing room only.
There are two types of reserved table seating: Private and Shared. All tables will indicate in their ticket type name whether they are Private or Shared. Shared reserved table seating means you will be seated with other guests.
Cruise style seating means that tables and chairs will be available on a first come first served basis. Cruise style seats cannot be reserved in advance.

Voucher Redemptions and Reservations
All guests with a voucher purchased from a discount website like Living Social or Groupon need to redeem their vouchers and schedule their reservations to receive their e-tickets. Vouchers are not e-tickets and WILL NOT be accepted for boarding under any circumstances.
To redeem your voucher and schedule your reservation, please visit uredeem.com. All available dates at uredeem.com are subject to reservations made on a first-come, first-served basis. Please plan to redeem your voucher and schedule your reservation 2 weeks prior to your desired cruise date.
- Enter your voucher code at uredeem.com and click Submit.
- On the calendar page at uredeem.com, select the date you want on the calendar and your event title, located to the right of the calendar under the "Select an Event" heading. Make sure both are highlighted in orange before clicking Continue at the bottom of the page.
- Confirm your event details, enter your information, and download and print your e-tickets! You’ll be automatically sent an email confirmation of your e-tickets for your records.
